Membership

The Council on Employee Benefits has a proud tradition of serving its members for 75 years.  Our members are typically large employers with at least 2,000 employees in the US but we recognize the significant contributions smaller employers are making to the ever-changing benefits landscape.  Our members span all industries and have a common belief that every benefits professional can contribute to learning from and helping each other to better improve individually and as a profession.  All of this is achieved through timely and robust sharing of strategic ideas and tactical experiences with fellow members in settings designed to facilitate open dialogue.  Many of the current CEB programs offer excellent opportunities for your junior team members to expand their professional and personal development.

We welcome members from leading companies and global brands who impact business results and the lives of their associates.  We welcome members who have a passion for the design, administration and communication of benefit programs and sharing information in a collaborative setting.

Current CEB programs include:

• Unique members-only, non-sponsored, and no-selling Annual Conference for benefits professionals at the nation’s largest employers — a valued member benefit.
• CEB Community Forum is our online community where you can connect with others to find answers, resources and support. 
• Peer-to-Peer (P2P) webinar conference series with industry experts and illustrative stories from fellow members.
• Vendor Spotlight series featuring a confidential webinar venue for members to learn about some smaller, specialized vendors who are doing some interesting work with a CEB member company.
• Member-only Surveys written by members to provide quick snapshots on timely issues – a perfect benchmarking tool at no cost.
• Regional Meetings covering all of the US and Canada. Content is developed by fellow members in the region.
• Job Bank for members listing benefits positions.
• Directory for personal and direct contact with CEB’s trusted network of benefits leaders.
