Membership

For more than 75 years, the Council on Employee Benefits has worked with benefits professionals at member companies across all industries. We share a common belief that every benefits professional can learn from their peers. This is achieved through sharing strategic ideas and tactical experiences in settings designed to facilitate open dialogue.

We welcome members who have a passion for the design, administration and communication of benefit programs including health plans, pharmacy benefits, retirement plans and leave of absence programs. 

Current CEB programs include:

  • Unique non-sponsored, no-selling Annual Conference for benefits professionals at the nation’s largest employers — a valued member benefit.
  • CEB Community Forum is an online community for connecting with others to find answers, resources and support. 
  • CEB Learning Series features industry experts and illustrative stories from fellow members.
  • Roundtable Calls feature timely topics, often based on CEB member benchmarking survey results.
  • Vendor Spotlights feature specialized vendors currently doing interesting work with a CEB member company. Our member company and the vendor jointly tell their story and CEB members dial in anonymously to hear about the solution and results.
  • Member-only Benchmarking Surveys provide quick snapshots on current issues. Member companies can initiate a survey. 
  • Member Directory for connecting with CEB’s trusted network of benefits leaders.
