Linda Gulbrandsen
Vice President, Benefits Foot Locker, Inc.
As Vice President of Benefits at Foot Locker, Inc., Linda is responsible for design and delivery of the health, wellness and retirement benefit programs for Foot Locker’s North American team members and well as global mobility and global wellness initiatives. Linda has been with Foot Locker since 2018 and prior to that spent 20 years at an industrial gas company managing all aspects of benefits. Linda has been leading healthcare strategy for over ten years, most recently focused on approaches for controlling specialty drug costs and driving PBM transparency within the Health Transformation Alliance.
Linda has a BA in Applied Mathematics from New Paltz University, is a Qualified Plan Administrator through the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and is a certified Six Sigma Greenbelt.

Vice President, Growth Strategy & Business Development
Navitus Health Solutions
In her role as Vice President, Growth Strategy & Business Development, Pat works across Navitus’ Sales, Marketing and Client Services departments. She helps Navitus create strategy, positioning, and tactics to thoroughly understand and offer clients meaningful solutions to their business problems. She also maximizes Navitus relationships with the stakeholders that influence plan sponsors, such as coalitions, consultants, and business groups.
Prior to joining Navitus in 2021, Pat held several roles at BNSF Railway, one of the largest freight rail networks in North America. Her most recent role was Director, Medical Benefits & Communication. Her responsibilities included active and retiree healthcare benefit plan design, administration, budgeting, compliance and communication; wellness incentive development; and collective bargaining support for the U.S. and Canada. Pat earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
