2025 Annual CEB Conference

We’re excited about the 79th Annual CEB Conference at the Sheraton San Diego Resort!

Highlights for this year:

  • Dr. Caroline Brookfield our Keynote Speaker focuses on Creativity for Analytical Thinkers. She’s authored The Reluctant Creative: 5 Effortless Habits to Expand Your Comfort Zone and her emphasis is on using creativity for problem solving and innovation and to create breakthrough solutions to complex challenges. Her belief is that everyone is creative but many of us lose our connection to our creativity as we get absorbed in our day-to-day work environments. From her book: “Take small risks for huge leaps, disrupt the status quo, get noticed and feel more confident and challenged in your job.” We can’t wait to hear her speak and in addition to her Keynote Address, she’ll be conducting two Conference Workshops!
  • Our Conference Workshop options include professional development, health, pharmacy, wellbeing, leave administration, retirement benefits global benefits, and employee engagement…Something for everyone on your benefits team. And we’re introducing a new format: A 30-minute Rapid Session on specialized topics like women’s health and cancer care.
  • This is a “Don’t Miss!” CEB event. Our Next Gen Advisory Council is sponsoring the Opening-Welcome Reception on Monday evening, introducing surprises including a Bingo Conference game with prizes, caricature artists, a photo bus, a guided meditation session, a group walk/run and lots of other ways to get to know each other better.
  • The ever-popular CEB Community Project will be held on Tuesday afternoon with a Canine Adoption Care Package building activity. (Some of the potential adoptees may visit us!)
